Vibes Fitness - Sidney is located in the heart of the beautiful seaside community of Sidney BC and only minutes from the Sidney waterfront. We opened our doors May 16, 2011. 

As avid gym goers for a combined average of over 30 years, we were really looking for something different in our workout regime. Fed up with the traditional gym workouts, we wanted something that would give us results without spending hours in the gym!  That is when we found Vibes.  As original members of Vibes Fitness Inc we were impressed with the results with these short and effective workouts.  When the opportunity to become part of this fantastic concept arose, it was with out hesitation that we approached Vibes Fitness. 

Vibes Fitness offers a low start up cost, a structured set up timeline, support and studio direction, along with full training on the equipment.  With a defined concept and a clear vision, we felt we were able to open with confidence and welcome our first members. Sidney welcomed us with open arms and within three months of opening we have reached half of our membership goal; with no sign of slowing down.  Working with a diverse membership from both a rehabilitation aspect to the person who is looking to take their athletic performance to the next level, we have seen amazing results in many of our members, which has made the opening of the studio very rewarding.
