"I came to Vibes with an injury and pain that I have had for numerous years. I was drawn to the concept of Vibes and was looking to regain my level of fitness and gain strength and flexibility. When I started out I was guarding my injury being careful with what exercises I did. In just a short time, I now workout above and beyond what I ever could do before. I have not only become stronger, I have also gained confidence and I am able to push myself out of my comfort zone.
I have seen changes in my body and I’m able to fit into clothes I have not worn in a long time. I committed to coming to Vibes 4 or 5 days a week and now Vibes has now become a huge part of my lifestyle. I can attribute so much of my success to my dedication to the program and my excellent trainer Nancy. No matter what your level of fitness or situation is; if you are willing to put the time and effort into the program you will see results."
