before you arrive

  • Vibes does not offer traditional classes. Our workouts are personalized sessions supervised by a trainer.
  • Sessions are booked in 30 minute blocks, with the workout taking about 15 - 20 minutes. This workout is equivalent to a 50 minute workout without whole body vibration.

  • Your machine is reserved for you so there is no need to arrive early.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and clean sports shoes. No need for fancy workout gear. We do have a change room available if you need to change.

during your workout

  • We will have a Workout of the Day (WOD) posted by each machine. Each workout consists of about 15 exercises, each to be performed for about a minute. WOD ensures that you will never get bored and you will get a full body workout.
  • Our trainers will be happy to adapt the workout of the day for your needs or develop a specially modified program for you.

  • As you workout, our trainers will demonstrate the exercises and ensure you are using correct form.

  • You will have the ability to adjust how fast and how much the machine vibrates during the workout.

 

To receive optimal benefits, we recommend that you workout AT LEAST three times per week.
